I'm thinking about buying a 91 L Coupe with 108000 on it. What kind of problems or concerns should I look out for?
Sounds like a fair price. Ask about maintenance history (timing belt, water pump) and investigate any known cooling system issues in the past. Hope you get it!
The dealer wants $3450 on it. What do you guys think?
Oh yeah and theres this nsx, but nbd.
@Tyson Hugie Awesome video man. I commented on another video of yours. How do you rack up so many miles in so many different cars?
Hey Tyson I just bought my dream car 94 legend sedan. .... Which cleaning brands do you use for exterior and interior......thanks
@Tyson Hugie thank you I enjoy watching your NOsoft videos
Congrats! Meguiar's products
Nice legend man, good job on how well you take care of it. I have a 1995 six speed coupe that I want to restore. Appreciate any advice
Make sure you join the community on Facebook called Acura Legend Owners & Enthusiasts, and the forum at acuralegend.org.
Will u sale it?
No I don't think this one will be fore sale.
It would be nice if i could see the car
I'm happy to show it to ya!
el coche de mis sueños
I love that Acura Legend. In great shape too for 1994. Awesome color.
that is a very sexy beast !!!
Beautiful car.. I have a 91 Acura legend coupe burgundy with the wide body kit..I’ve owned it since 96 It’s been in my garage under a cover for the last 5 years it’s in excellent condition 74,000 original miles but I have to get rid of it unfortunately because I have two other cars and I never drive the legend anymore..it’s my favorite car but it’s been sitting so long it will need some work but the body is immaculate. Thanks for the video I’m a legend fan.
Hope you can find a good home for it!
I regret selling mine soooo bad!
Maybe you could find another.
Could you consider donating this car to me?
I'll think it over.
One of my dream cars
Thanks! I sure have enjoyed it for about 16 years now.
is it easy to cheat on the odometer going up or down? I bought a '92 Legend with 96K miles and it seems too low for me to be true
Tyson Hugie thank you Tyson. The car looks good and engine looks clean and runs fine except on take-off. I need to clean the egr valve because it did not pass smog. I am just in disbelief for this mileage to be true. Body is clean of dents and paint is ok. I want to baby the car if in fact is original miles.
I'm not sure. I've never tried modifying an odometer. That sounds like a nice find!
Within my top 10 favorite cars of all time. This shit is way too hard bruh, good shit!
Thanks, I appreciate it!
Thank you for watching!
Sheesh. No matter if making what I am now or $250k a year, its a dream to have one of these in 6 speed, a 06 LS430, an nsx and relax.
@Tyson Hugie a timeless few
That's a great set of cars.
God I love these cars, these were the nicest smoothest couples in the 90s,a lot of them in the new York area,my friend had a mint 94 white coupe, always wanted one but didn't have the cash in 98 to buy one, then I went on to other cars, would love a couple with type 2 6speed or the GS sedan same way...truly a sweet ride, cheers
Glad you enjoy them, they are great cars!
So clean I’m in love with that engine bay, stock and looks fairly new go the age. Nice man
Thank you! It is a lot of work to keep it that clean but I like to maintain it that way.
Dang, she has a big battery! Nice car man. I used to own a 94 Accord. Great car!
Awesome. Thanks for watching!
Those are the type of tires you put on an exceptional vehicle like this. They handle wet pavement like absolute Champs. What a car.
Yes I love my Michelins!
I got my driver's license in 1994. I've always admired the Acura Legend and moreso today. True luxury car.
Brilliant piece of engineering
Thank you, and thanks for watching!
I’m owning three Acuras. Proud for you brother
@Tyson Hugie They used to be,,,,
They are great rides. What 3 do you have?
Valve seals and or carbon and sticking rings... I'd bet my eyesight.. Use sea foam in oil like a full bottle for a few hours then change oil when its super hot.. Do that 2x.. It will help..
Honda fangirl right here! My first car was a 98 accord coupe, second pilot, third mdx!
A girl who’s into cars?
That's awesome! Thanks for watching!
Always loved this one but four doors and the 929 of that same period 😍😍
Dam Tyson very nice, and you have a nsx in the garage you have good tase.
I work for BaT--appreciate you repping us! Also recently picked up a 2008 TL-S 6-speed with 65k miles as my daily, looks like you're a fan of those as well. Keep up the great work!
I miss the days Honda/Acura made vehicles like this. The new cvt's? Yuck!
That MOFO is Sexy.
Damn she looks good
Tyson Hugie wow and still going
Thank you! 563,000 now and counting!
Damn clock springs in this car, I’ve already gone through 3 replacements in less than 2 yrs ownership.
Hey can you help me out finding parts for this car looking for head gasket with the type ll motor dont know if it's the same
Tyson Hugie ima bout to get one on Ebay for like 50$ as long as it a 3.2L that mean it should fit rite?
Not really sure where to start with that. I have a few friends with parts resources if you want to email me.
What trans is that? 6spd lsd?
That old thing in there...dude you have a Acura NSX? Whattttttt!!!!!!!!
Haha yes! 1992. I've had it almost 7 years. It's no Legend, but it's alright ;)
I miss my Legend so much. '91 LS sedan. Totaled at 243K. I was still modifying it in fact. Regularly scheduled maintenance, 2 batteries, a windshield, a set of CV axles, and NOTHING else. In terms of repair, it's been the cheapest car I've ever owned. Even cheaper than my Civic.
They are really solid cars, that's for sure. Maybe we should find you another!
Wow so beautiful!!! Take care of her
Now my 2009 Acura TL is up to 150,200 miles so far so good just switched from regular oil to synthetic oil i heard it better for my engine.
Couldn't put those miles on in northern Illinois. Rust conquerors all up here.
MY 99 accord I just got rid of had zero rust on it and I live on Cape Cod sometimes.
damn that is impressive 500k on a 6 speed
Tyson, your car is an engineering marvel. Absolutely incredible design, and timeless look. Totally approve. I was hoping to ask you some additional questions about your ride and pick your brain about work done on car. GREAT WORK maintaining and keeping the car beautiful.
Thats a keeper bro....
oil burning ? please do yourself a favor and put royal purple in that thing
looks at your legend the interior remind me of my old 91. If i remember correctly the black interior is coded "Type A" and tan is "Type F"
nice collection of acura's, i love those legends, integras, vigors and nsx. well kept, mint condition for those years , i would like to see more of the gsr and nsx
legendary diehard ....she looks new....my 94 gs has 208k mi.....
Looking great as always!
Hey Tyson , you should get together with Honda pro Jason and cooperate.
What exactly is that wax you used??
My god the condition of that car is incredible
He lives in the desert, that definitely helps out a huge amount in keeping it clean.
I had my 2009 TL-SH-AWD for 5 years now with 148,200 miles when i bought in in 2013 it had only 97,000 miles i put around 51,000 miles on it over the last 5 years other than brakes rotters tires i had no problem's with it i just had the timing belt water pump and spark plugs changed in November now i'am ready for another 148,000 miles i hope my Acura can hold up because i don't want no more car payments for the next 5-10 years thank god i have a garage to keep it in sometimes.
Detroit Ruffin that's still new for Acura!
This is why I'm such an acura fanboy.
