Is there a way to incorporate a running program too through the week. I love running that's why.
Do a video on body types maybe? And why some people look different with muscle? Maybe muscle insertions and genetics and how they play a role in appearance.
I understand that their is workout A and B. But how many times do you repeat one workout like 10 or 20 repetitions each set?
I've been doing this routine since the video came out and I'd just like to say it works insanely well. Never thought I could get this sore from a home workout, what great advice and for free. Jeff is the 🐐, seriously

how many sets are per exercise and how many repetitions are per set or each exercise lasts one minute, so how many repetitions are in that minute?

I did legs/glutes using all the moves showed in workout A and B, and did them as prescribed (1 minutes each, no rest unless necessary). It kicked my ass! Every single leg and glute muscles had been sore (and i mean sore!) for 3 days, and in some areas i dont think i've ever felt before.

You habe forgotten an important piece of advice regarding the reverse hypers: men should quickly move their balls between their legs before they lay down, because it's gonna hurt if you lay on them and you've got no breaks to arrange them later.

I think on the rotational pushup you rotate to other side, like you showed in one of your previous videos, in order to hit the chest completely or fully into a side plank but version in this video is probably mistake.

Are the 2-3 rounds per combo? (doing 2-3 sets of combo 1 - Anterior Lower in a row before moving to combo 2) or are they for the entire routine?
Is it really good to work on the same muscle group 3 minutes in a row? Or maybe it's better to 1 minutes per group and return to that muscle group in the next cycle

This may be a dumb question, but would it be counter intuitive to do this everyday? I am a beginner when it comes to fitness but I feel like I'm cheating myself if I'm only working out 3 times a week. Taking this opportunity to start my journey of gaining weight and muscle mass by eating better and working out.

Imma do this for a month and see what happens. Muscles , gains , and some other technical terms are secondary to me, cuz i am new. All I wanna do is be consistent for a month and not trash it after a week. Win = consistent for a month. Lose = Lazy bum after a week. LETZ DO THIZZZZZ

When I do the back widows, should be feeling it the most in my neck or am I doing something wrong? Plus, at the end I can barely do 1 reverse hyper. It's my first time doing this exercise so will I get better? Not sure if I'm activating the right muscle groups
